Returns
We sincerely hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase
However, if for any reason you are not 100% happy, we would be pleased to organise a FREE RETURN in accordance with our returns policy below

Returns Policy
If item is unopened/ unused (or faulty), your return will be FREE. Just simply get in touch with us at hello@loopaorigins.com within 30 days of purchase and we will email you a pre-paid returns label
Just let us know whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund
If an exchange, we will also cover the delivery costs for the replacement item back to you!
If a refund, we will refund back to you the original order value of the items less the delivery charges (if any) for the original order. Unless faulty, we are unable to refund the original order delivery charges because these are paid directly to the carrier
We can offer an exchange or refund if the following conditions are met:
1. Proof of purchase by the person initiating the return can be established. If you received the item as a gift from the purchaser (the gift giver), please ask the purchaser to initiate the return. We cannot accept returns from the gift receiver
2. Unless faulty, the item must be unopened/ unused and in the same condition as it was received, with all labels and seals intact and in the original packaging. We can not accept returns of opened or used items, because the item cannot be resold for safety/ hygiene reasons
3. Items purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items
4. If an order included a free gift, and a return is made reducing your qualifying total order value for the gift, the gift must also be returned and in an unused condition
5. We are unable to accept returns for free gifts
6. Upon acceptance of your return, we will email you a pre-paid returns label and packaging instructions. Kindly post the items back to us in the original packaging within 15 days
7. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method by us within 1-2 working days but your payment/ card provider may take longer to process back into your account (sometimes 7-10 days)
8. Returns and subject to fair usage. Acceptance of frequent and multiple returns by the same customer is at our discretion and goodwill.

Cancelling your order
Orders are usually processed within 2 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order, please email us on hello@loopaorigins.com. If we have received payment for any goods being cancelled, we will arrange a refund. If you change your mind after 2 hours of receipt of your order confirmation, please use the returns process above
We may from time to time make changes to this policy. The version on this page at the time of your purchase will be applied to your return
